BeeLive Community acts solely as an intermediary between property owners, residents, and event hosts. We are not responsible for interactions between these parties or for the events themselves.

Event Organization

Events are organized by independent event hosts, who freely set their own prices and participation conditions. BeeLive Community facilitates event visibility and connections but does not manage or organize the events directly.

Registrations and Bookings

  • Event registrations are made via our platform and are subject to availability and the conditions set by the event host.
  • Once registered, your participation is confirmed only after payment validation (if applicable).
  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each event host. BeeLive Community does not handle refunds.

Event Participation

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the proposed activities (especially for sports and wellness events).
  • It is recommended to attend with a housemate for a more enjoyable and secure experience.
  • BeeLive Community cannot be held responsible for any incidents, conflicts, or events occurring before, during, or after a gathering.

Responsibilities and Limitations

  • BeeLive Community acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the behavior of participants, event hosts, or property owners.
  • Event hosts are fully responsible for the events they organize, including managing payments, locations, and participation conditions.
  • Participants must adhere to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the community.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

BeeLive Community reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

General Terms of Service for the Provision of Services Between BEELIVE COMMUNITY and the Owners of Shared Accommodations

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose
This contract outlines the terms under which BEELIVE COMMUNITY, a brand of BEELIVE SDL, provides Owners with a digital platform that allows them to publish their shared accommodation offers and gain increased visibility among potential tenants. The platform also aims to enhance the tenants' living experience by enabling them to meet other tenants and interact with different shared accommodations, thus creating a genuine social network around the theme of shared living.

ARTICLE 2 - Access and Use of the Platform
2.1 Access and Paid Options: A free option will always be available to Owners. In the future, BEELIVE COMMUNITY may introduce paid services.
2.2 Prohibited Activities: The Owner agrees not to include links to competing services in their listings or to directly promote events or offers outside those provided by the platform.

ARTICLE 3 - Obligations of the Parties
3.1 Obligations of BEELIVE COMMUNITY:
• To ensure the hosting of the platform and the publication of listings.
3.2 Obligations of the Owner:
• To publish accurate information that complies with applicable regulations.
• To honor commitments made with tenants.
• Not to bypass the platform to offer services outside those provided by BEELIVE COMMUNITY.

ARTICLE 4 - Responsibilities and Limitations
4.1 Responsibility of the Owner:
• The Owner is solely responsible for contractual relationships with tenants and for the compliance of the accommodations offered.
• The Owner assumes all responsibilities related to their property and the services offered. They cannot hold BEELIVE COMMUNITY liable for any claims made by tenants, including those related to events proposed on the platform.
4.2 Limitation of Liability of BEELIVE COMMUNITY:
• BEELIVE COMMUNITY acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for commitments made by Owners to tenants.
• BEELIVE COMMUNITY cannot be held responsible for damages, disputes, or disagreements between Owners and tenants or between Owners and event hosts.

ARTICLE 5 - Policy in Case of Exceptional Events
5.1 Event Cancellations: In case of an event cancellation by a host, BEELIVE COMMUNITY will make every effort to inform participants but is not responsible for the consequences of the cancellation.
5.2 Real Estate Issues: BEELIVE COMMUNITY cannot be held responsible for real estate issues encountered in shared accommodations. Owners remain solely responsible for the maintenance and management of their properties.

ARTICLE 6 - Duration and Termination
6.1 Duration: The contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
6.2 Termination: Either party may terminate the collaboration with 30 days' notice. BEELIVE COMMUNITY reserves the right to suspend or remove an Owner’s listings in the event of non-compliance with these terms.
By uploading their shared accommodation listing, the Owner acknowledges having read the platform's general terms of use and agrees to comply with them.

ARTICLE 7 – Protection of Tenant Data and No Commercial Solicitation
7.1 Protection of Tenant Information
The Owner acknowledges that, in using the BEELIVE COMMUNITY platform, they may need to share information about their tenants (contact details, profiles, preferences, etc.). BEELIVE COMMUNITY agrees not to use this information for commercial prospecting aimed at redirecting tenants to accommodations it directly or indirectly operates.
7.2 Limitation of BEELIVE COMMUNITY’s Commitment
However, shared accommodations operated by BEELIVE COMMUNITY that are publicly listed on the platform are available to tenants, who remain free to apply for these offers as they would on other connection platforms (e.g., Leboncoin, La Carte des Colocs, etc.). BEELIVE COMMUNITY cannot be held responsible for a tenant’s personal choice to apply for a shared accommodation it manages.
7.3 No Direct Solicitation
BEELIVE COMMUNITY, as a brand of BEELIVE SDL, agrees not to directly solicit tenants of Owners by offering alternatives to the accommodations the tenant is contracted with. This commitment does not apply in cases where the tenant, on their own initiative, contacts BEELIVE COMMUNITY for information on other shared accommodations available on the platform.

General Terms of Service for the Provision of Services Between BEELIVE COMMUNITY and Tenants

2.1 Access and Registration: Registration on the platform is free for Tenants. They can browse listings and interact with other members.
2.2 Additional Services: In the future, BEELIVE COMMUNITY may introduce paid services allowing for enhanced listing visibility, access to exclusive events, and other services to facilitate shared living.

ARTICLE 3 - Obligations of the Parties
3.1 Obligations of BEELIVE COMMUNITY:
• To ensure the hosting of the platform and guarantee its proper functioning.
• To provide a secure environment for interactions between tenants and owners.
• To organize and promote events that foster the tenant community.
3.2 Obligations of the Tenant:
• To use the platform with respect for other users and in compliance with the general terms of use.
• To provide accurate and up-to-date information on their profile.
• Not to use the platform for fraudulent purposes or to redirect tenants to competing offers.

ARTICLE 4 - Responsibilities and Limitations
4.1 Responsibility of the Tenant:
• The Tenant is solely responsible for their interactions with other members of the platform.
• BEELIVE COMMUNITY does not intervene in the contractual arrangements for shared accommodation leases and is not responsible for disputes between tenants and owners.
4.2 Limitation of Liability of BEELIVE COMMUNITY:
• BEELIVE COMMUNITY acts only as a facilitator and assumes no responsibility for commitments made between Tenants and Owners.
• BEELIVE COMMUNITY cannot be held responsible for damages, disputes, or disagreements arising from the use of the platform or participation in the events offered.

ARTICLE 5 - Policy in Case of Exceptional Events
5.1 Event Cancellations: In case of event cancellation, BEELIVE COMMUNITY agrees to inform participants as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for the consequences of this cancellation.
5.2 Conflicts Between Users: In the event of a dispute between users, BEELIVE COMMUNITY may act as a mediator, with no obligation for a resolution.

ARTICLE 6 - Duration and Termination
6.1 Duration: This contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
6.2 Termination: The Tenant may terminate their registration and use of the platform at any time via the platform. BEELIVE COMMUNITY reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with the terms of use.
By registering and using the platform, the Tenant acknowledges having read these terms and agrees to comply with them.
