Safety Guidelines – BeeLive Community
BeeLive Community is designed to foster authentic, enriching, and friendly encounters. Since we facilitate in-person interactions between housemates through various events (festive, cultural, sports, wellness, solidarity, and more), your safety is our priority.
While we cannot monitor the behavior of every individual, we encourage you to follow these recommendations to fully and safely enjoy your experience.
Before the Event
- Come with a housemate: If possible, attend with one of your housemates. It’s more enjoyable and enhances security.
- Inform someone close to you: Let a friend or family member know about your participation and the event location.
- Ensure you are fit to participate: Some events, particularly sports or wellness activities, require good physical condition or specific equipment. Check the requirements before signing up.
- Verify the event setting: Make sure the event takes place in a safe and respectful environment aligned with BeeLive Community’s values.
- Trust your intuition: If something makes you feel uncomfortable before the event, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
During the Event
- Keep an eye on your belongings: Stay mindful of your personal items to prevent any incidents.
- Drink responsibly: If alcohol is served, consume in moderation to stay in control of the situation.
- Respect your limits: For physical or wellness activities, listen to your body and don’t push yourself if you feel uneasy.
- Support others: If you notice someone in distress or discomfort, offer help and report any inappropriate behavior.
- Never feel obligated: Engage at your own pace, and don’t hesitate to leave if you feel uncomfortable.
After the Event
- Share personal information wisely: Only exchange contact details with people you trust.
- Report inappropriate behavior: If you witness or experience any concerning situation, contact us immediately.
- Stay safe on the road: Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Opt for public transportation, carpooling, or a taxi if needed.
At BeeLive Community, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all our members. Thank you for contributing to this mindset by adopting a respectful and responsible attitude during our events.
