If you've ever taken part in a successful event, you know that it's not just about the decor or the program. It's often the atmosphere, the energy of the people and the little touches that make all the difference. Here's a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes :
It all starts with a question: why do this event?
You don't do an event “because you have to do an event”. Every idea stems from a need, feedback from a member, a desire we've heard many times.
“We're new roommates, we don't know anyone in Clermont.” “It would be cool to do something different from the apéro.” “I'd like to offer a workshop, but I don't know if anyone would be interested.”
So we think: how do we create an experience that satisfies this desire? And we ask ourselves three simple questions:
- Does it facilitate genuine encounters?
- Does it put people at ease, even if they come alone?
- Does it leave a positive trace, a collective souvenir?
If the answer is yes, we're off.
An organization on a human scale
With us, there are no opaque committees or big logistical machines. The team is small but motivated. Above all, we work hand-in-hand with the members themselves.

It's all still in the launching phase, but that's what makes things lively: we test, we adjust, we listen.
